Let’s go green without sacrificing the fun!

This weblog is about cool technology that is environmentally friendly, not about green tech in general.
I believe that most people still choose comfort and features above ‘greenness’ when making their consumer choices. In European politics, ‘greenness’ is taken hostage by leftist luddite parties who are in their majority allergic to technologic innovation and fun in general. We are supposed to abandon any kind of motorized transport and spend our evenings without the pleasures of central heating and electric lighting. It sounds like a man is burden to the Earth and the world would be a better place without human activity. I do not like this shortsighted view. Open your eyes! The world nowadays is a much better, cleaner and safer place than a couple of decades ago and this progress has been achieved by using cleaner and greener technology, not by abandoning the progress.

Why can’t we enjoy better life in cleaner and friendlier world without self-inflicted pity?
